RETURN POLICY
Items which are defective will be accepted for same item exchange only.  Item must be returned within 30 days of order date.

SHIPPING
Most orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.
International shipping is available.  Please contact customer service for more information.
Please allow 7-10 business days for order processing and shipping on domestic orders.
Overnight delivery is also available.

SALES TAX
Los Angeles residents will be subject to Los Angeles County applicable sales tax rate.
California residents outside of Los Angeles will be charged state sales tax rate and are responsible for their district rate if applicable. Residents outside California will be responsible for reporting their own use tax within their state.

PAYMENT POLICY
We accept most major credit cards.  We also accept payments through PayPal. Nonsufficient funds/ bounced checks will be subject to a $35.00 fee.

Item must be returned within 30 days of purchase date.  Item must be in original condition- unaltered, undamaged, and with all original packaging. We cannot guarantee any item arriving safely without insurance and or proper tracking information. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.  Once item is received and inspected, customer will be refunded original purchase price less shipping, handling, and any rebate that has been paid to customer.

REBATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All rebates will be sent within 6-8 weeks of purchase date and after the 30 day money back guarantee has expired and customer has decided to keep the product.
